A Passion for Writing Becomes a Medium of Expression.
20 years ago after graduating and working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist, Shane Jackson picked up a brush and a box of acrylics and began feverishly writing on canvas. This became a method, a medium, and a way of expression he could never have predicted.
Inspired by poetry, novels and writing in all forms, Shane found that writing without boundaries across canvas gave him a rebirth in authentic expression that only this method could solicit. He has cultivated a selection of paintings that serves as his collective novel following the course of the last 20 years of his life.
Get to Know Shane
A Berkeley resident, Shane spends his days running his physical therapy business servicing clients throughout the Bay Area. He is a father of two, a professional and a blooming artist. Shane believes that life is a series of circumstance and temperament.
